AUTUMN IN THE FOCUS OF RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE: IRIC CONFERENCE

On 14th – 16th November 2011 in Bratislava, the international technical conference IRIC 2011 (International Rail Infrastructure Conference) is taking place, with main topics of the Infrastructure, Interoperability, and Information technology for the European international rail transport.

The event follows the successful workshop RAINWORM 2010, which has been awarded the title “Event of the Year” within the Yearly Award ACRI 2010 (Association of the Czech Railway Industry), and it is organized by the company OLTIS Group, a member of ACRI and UNIFE, and a leading vendor of IT solutions for the railway transport, road transport, and logistics. The conference participants include already many representatives and experts of the Central European infrastructure managers, as well as the international railway organisations. Three-day programme is quickly being filled by technical papers on up-to-date subjects as the wayside monitoring devices, Technical Specification for Interoperability (TSI), data exchange in the international railwaytraffic, or ETCS standards.
