AMiT has won ŠKODA TRANSPORTATION tender

The passenger information system for rolling stock with the brand name ACASYS IS consist of three parts – reservation system, audio system and information panels. All components use a single communication infrastructure. Thanks to a modular design, the final solution can be customized according to specific project requirements by adding and modifying of individual components and by programming specific functions given in the project. The audio system consists of a UIC audio gateway, IP amplifiers, IP handsets, IP intercoms and IP loudspeakers. Optical part of the passenger information system is formed from LED and LCD inside information panels and LED outside information panels. The whole system also solves a link to the train communication, GPS positioning, WiFi and GPRS transmission of diagnostic data. The core components of the video surveillance system ACASYS VS include outside and inside IP cameras, unique IP monitors and recording units to ensure continuous data recording. The ACASYS IS meets all the requirements of current European directives and both UIC 167 and UIC 556 standards. The passenger information system ACASYS IS was already implemented by MOVO Plzeň and ŽOS Trnava for the refit of ČD wagons Aee, Apee, Bpee and BeeA lines. The system is certified by the Výzkumný Ústav Železniční (Railway Research Institute).
