Increase in rail vehicles reliability and lifetime

Producers or rail vehicles are constantly forced to put stress on increase in reliability and lifetime of their products. The company of ŠKODA VÝZKUM offers a wide range of services in this field. In the framework of a complex optimization of constructions of rail vehicles and their parts ŠKODA VÝZKUM offers the following

• Fatigue tests of complete vehicles and their parts including experimental analysis of stress. Vibration and shock resistance tests
• Computer simulations of vehicles and their parts – strength and fatigue calculations, crash and multibody simulatios.
• C alculations of external aerodynamics of vehicles, calculations in vehicle interiors (heating, air conditioning systems)
• M easurement and analysis of a service loading - service tests of vehicles, measurement of service stress, prediction of service
fatigue life.
• C alculations, measurement, analysis and reduction of noise and vibration
• M aterial tests – analysis of macro and microstructure of materials.
